In addition, we guarantee all single household installations for the first year*. In the unlikely event that our Member is unable to honer there guarantee during the first 12 months, contact The CAI and they will.

TrustMark is the Government endorsed quality scheme that signposts people to reputable local tradesmen. It is a registered social enterprise, operated under licence from the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS).

TrustMark’s website has an easy to use UK wide postcode search facility, which provides details of more than 21,000 licensed trades and has the largest database of accredited tradesmen in the country.

All TrustMark firms’ technical skills have been independently checked through on-site inspections to ensure a high quality of workmanship and trading practices. TrustMark is the only scheme that requires qualified inspectors to do these visits, so that technical competence is checked as well as business practices and customer satisfaction.

We are also members of the Register of Digital Installers. In order to be licensed with the 'Digital Tick' certification, installers must become qualified, be fully insured, have a clear criminal record disclosure and be certified to safely work at heights.

All members must qualify to be accepted into the RDI and must meet requirements set out in its code of conduct. To achieve this RDI membership also provides access to education and skills pathways, news and feeds into relevant industry bodies and technological guidance. RDI membership is therefore a mark of quality, trust and recognition. These core values are recognised by industry, regulatory and consumer interests. Most important however is the RDI's drive to ensure that high standards are maintained to protect consumer and end user interests. Unlike many other bodies the RDI is therefore a consumer champion within the digital sector.
